Avolites Remote Control

Hello,
I want to remote control the „Avolites Tiger Touch Pro" console. I have the newest version of the Titan Remote V15 on my iPhone and iPad installed. And I have set up a Wifi router I also tried another one than in the video), which creates a WLAN/Access Point, but without internet. The console is connected with LAN to the router and I am in the WLAN network with my both devices.

Problem: The console gets shown in the app and I can select it, but what forever reason, the app says „Loading show...". I let it load for at least half an hour and it still shows this message. And I think it shouldn't have to take so long for loading the show I did it with programmed and non-programmed faders) Ask anything if you cant relate the problem.
