CMOS battery died on Avolites Quartz, missing license

Hello board,
CMOS battery died on Avolites Quartz, then an incorrect date was applied, and we lost our license.
The license has been requested, and the temporary license was received. Unfortunately, that temporary license is not getting accepted and the console says that it has expired already.

Any way somebody can help me? I have a show to run tomorrow.
