Hi
i have problem with pearl expert ver. 15.1 console
not work the program panel ( the green & orange led at program panel flash at some time)
i can not see at usb expert console the program panel
at device manager write usb unknown device
how can fount and see the program panel at usbExpert software
so to put at boot mode and programing .........

There may be numerous reasons for this but from experience I'd suspect the USB hub. In order to check please use another USB cable and connect the faulty board directly to the back of the console (there are some USB slots on the motherboard. if this works then the USB hub is dying and needs replacing.

Oh - then it might be more grave. Next test yould be to connect the board by USB to another computer where the PC suite is installed. As soon as you connect it Windows should say something about new hardware, and when you start USB Expert and start the ACW service then in USB expert you should see the board's inputs. If not then the board has a hardware fault and needs servicing.
