Powered USB Hub for T3 & T3 Wing

Hello,
Can anyone recommend a powered USB Hub for use with a T3 & T3 Wing? It seems like reviews from the searches for a powered USB Hub that I've done on Amazon, etc., are quite negative, often mentioning that the hub fried USB ports on the host computer or connected USB devices, or caught on fire or just plain failed after time. I only have three USB ports on my laptop and realize I could use two of them for the T3 and T3 wing but if doing so would still like to have a powered USB hub for other devices on the remaining port so any ideas would be very appreciated!
