Which software version is installed on the console and was the console working normally recently? The serial number of the console might also be useful to determine which hardware revision of the console you have.

As a starting point perhaps open USB Expert Console from the Tools > Control Panel menu. You may need to start the Acw Service from its menu if it is not already running. Check that USB panels are shown with a green icon, there aren't any pending updates nor do any of the panels say they are in boot mode. Update the firmware or exit boot mode on any of the panels if required. Inside the console you could check that all connections are properly attached, especially for things like USB hubs, most devices should have an LED to indicate that they are powered or connected.
