Personality editing - power on values

Going a bit mad here! I'm not a full time user so usually a bit rusty. I have some uplighters that default to RGB colour all on at 100% at power up. I had the same issue with some other PARS that I have and I recall modifying the personality so the Power On values for RGBA were zero (I checked the personality and can see the custom one I saved with these values.
I have done the same for the new uplighters but they still default to RGB at 100%. If I select the previous PARS so they are in the programmer and look at their colour attributes, they are all at zero. When I select the new uplighters, their colour attributes are all at 100%. I have restarted Titan but still not seeing the change.
Any ideas as to why the mod to the personality is not working or do I need to do something else?
