Update can add normal palette data without indicaton

<Update>ing a shared only palette can add normal data to the palette without indication (i.e. the palette type indication on the top right corner of palette handle is not updated to indicate the inclusion of the additional normal data)

Repro as follows -

1. Start new show
2. Patch 4 x Clay Paky Axcor Spot 400 (28 DMX)
3. Create shared colour palette with CMY values for Axcor Spots
4. Create cue/memory with 4 x Axcor Spots referencing shared colour palette
5. Fire cue/memory created in previous step
6. Select 4 x Axcor Spots
7. <Fan> Cyan (to give all Axcor Spots different Cyan values)
8. <Update> [Palette 1] <Update>
9. <Open/View> {Palette 1}, Note - palette now includes normal data for 4 x Axcor Spots
10. Observe, palette type indicator on palette handle continues to show 'S' only rather than 'SN'
