Arena Recovery Loading Issue

Hi all, I would like to update Titan Version on the Arena desk, but the UEFI booting does not work.
I checked the BIOS settings for the V3 mainboard; all the settings are correct, but the boot option is not working.
What could I have missed, or do any of you have a similar problem? You will find BIOS details below.
