Pearl Expert, Artnet and Ficture help

Hi,
I am pretty new to lighting and need som help and clarification with artnet and ficture files. Please excuse me of my bad english.

My first question: Do the Pearl Expert handle the octostrips 1m from showtec in 208 channel mode with to pairs, with a combine channel count of 416 channels though artnet?
Second question: Do I plug the ethernet cable in the back ethernet port on the pearl expert and run a direct cable to the controller box, thats come with the octostrips or do i need somekind of node or network switcher?
Last question: Where do I find ficture files for the octostrips 1m. Is it the files i found on Avolites Personality Library?
