Hi all,

Can anyone help me to understand what this message in the image means?

I have to change the SSD Disk?
How can I install everything again?
I'm running titan 11.4

Thank you

As a precaution please ensure that you have any show files you need and custom personalities backed up to a USB stick, they can be found on the D drive.

It certainly suggests that the internal SSD of the console might be failing however assuming it is a SATA drive you could check both data and power connections to make sure they are secure. I think in that version of software it might include the Intel SSD Toolkit, if so you should be able to browse to the folder under Program Files; that might provide further information.

You could also export log files from the consoles by using Log Collector under Additional Programs. You could submit a Help Desk support ticket including the logs to have someone look at them.

If you end up replacing the SSD you can create a recovery stick which can be used to completely install the operating system and software. These can be downloaded from here, in this case you could start v11.1 recovery and then use the upgrade installer to get to v11.4.
