I would suggest using the
Avolites Help Desk to contact support to see if they can assist. How possible it will be to replace the dongle might depend on what console you have, what hardware upgrades it has had and which software version you are attempting to run. With this in mind, please let them know the console's serial number and if you are able to run
Log Collector from the
Tools >
Additional Programs menu that should include information about the hardware as part of the logs it collects.
