TT strange behaviour

Hi , my TT serial TT166 showing odd actions like , while running the desk some times the main playback fader panel stopped working ( The usb expert app shows Touch playback panel 1 not responding) along the rear outside RESET button also doesn’t work so I needed to rest it from internal rest , it works,
Some time the Touch screen lost it Touch response then I need to restart the TT to fix it , amazingly last night after these type of errors when I restart the TT the fixtures window on workspace showing the fixtures page number which was a New thing for me , I am on V9 , any ideas how to deal with these GHOST issues , thanks
