Hello,
I've just bought an Azure in great condition.
The software installed is Sep 2000 but I would like to have the update to 2003 also.
This is in your download page but without a working link.

I emailed support at may 13 asking for help to get the update and also the original install files.
So far I haven't heard anything from you regarding this (despite 5 following mails) so I try to get in touch here instead.

Is it possible to get the software from 2000 and the update from 2003?

(Yes, I have downloaded the software from the desk but would like the original file too)

If you go to https://www.avolites.com/software/latest-version and then search for azure in the downloads search bar it should show Azure Software July 2003. When I click on this it downloads an exe file. This is a self-extracting archive. Running this opens a dialog which will extract the files to a floppy. I'm not sure about the older software.

Is anyone here still using this desk?

I grow up with the old manual analouge desks from AVAB (Sweden) among others who had -10V controls.
In the end of my career in mid 90's we had a digital version of a manual desk.
Still no moving lights back then, so this is a new experience.
