fixture not clearing

I have come across an issue with a fixture. When I add some settings such us colour / dimmer etc ( all working fine ). Then when I click on "Clear" all settings stay on. All my other fixtures shut off when I click "Clear". Tiger touch console.

It might be down to the fixture personality such as having a combined dimmer/shutter channel or multiple dimmers. What fixture and mode are you using?

Normally LTP channels (everything apart from Dimmer) remain on the same value when cleared. You can change the Clear Options so that it releases LTP (and HTP) values back to home/power on values. Or you can do this one time only by pressing [Release] then [Clear].
