I'm new to Titan and have to use one this week. Why is it that when I clear the programmer on this console that it does not release all the values to default?

Is that a behavior that is customizable and how would I change it back? applinked

Also, where do I see what is being recorded to a pallet or cue? It seems I can make a position pallet and it does not work as expected and I assume that is because I have not modified the right attributes.

By default clear will remove all fixtures and attributes from the programmer. You can change this to release via clear options (Hold Clear -> [Options] -> toggle [Freeze Current Values] to [Release To Playback Values]). You can change it back the same way ([Freeze Current Values]). You can find this and more information about clear and it's options in the manual here.
