Connecting T500k led programmer

is it possible to connect T500k led programmer to any of our DMX lighting Desk ( Pearl , Tiger Touch) to control only playbacks .

Not sure. The product information I can find on it mentions DMX512, so in principle if it can send standard DMX signals it would be possible to run triggers on a Titan console by using one of the normal DMX connectors on the back of the console as an input. Other alternative methods to trigger a console include MIDI or Streaming ACN, some consoles also have a GPIO port for a basic trigger.
