I've been using Tiger Touch V9 for a while and recently I'm facing this problem, Whenever I boot my Controller, initially it works fine but after 10 to 5 seconds, all of the panels stop functioning including the touch screen, even the "mode" switch too. It's seems all ok in appearance and nothing has been damaged apparently.
Someone please tell me what to do of this problem I'm facing...

This issue needs more investigation and it's best to use the help desk so you can provide more information on your console there, serial number, version and more.
