Good morning everyone, there are some questions I would like to ask. I have an avolite Tiger touch console with a problem with the screen appearing white with lines. When I connect an external VGA monitor I can see the boot of the computer, when the avolite program starts and then asks me for the licence (which is another problem that I have to solve separately).

The main problem is that when I start the console autonomously without an external monitor, I am not able to see anything but white and stripes. This console has been stopped by the Covid problem for more than 2 years, and now we need any suggestions?

This is probably due to the BIOS settings being incorrect, you can find instructions for the BIOS settings here. It is sometimes possible for settings to be lost especially on older consoles that have not been powered on for a while. There should be a cell battery on the motherboard which you could check to see if it still has charge, if not replacing that could help.
