Hi, I’m struggling to get a button on a midi controller to act as a tap tempo for a bpm master.
Using Titan V13, T2 with Titan Go.
Bpm master is assigned to a fader, and the swop button on the playback works fine.
Set up a trigger, assigned a button (tried both control change and a note) to the swop button, but it hits straight up to 360bpm on Titan.
Any ideas? Or do I need to upgrade to fix?

Re: Tap tempo with midi trigger
I have just answered this in the facebook group:
Currently you cannot trigger masters, nor can you trigger macros, as item. However you can solve your problem using a macro:
This way your trigger fires the macro which taps the master. Works for me
Currently you cannot trigger masters, nor can you trigger macros, as item. However you can solve your problem using a macro:
- define (create) the BPM master
- get the BPM macros file from https://www.avolites.de/wiki/_export/co ... odeblock=0 and make them available (described in the wiki)
- copy the Tap BPM X macro to a macro button or playback button
- you may already try to see that this macro works
- now define the trigger to fire this macro. This needs to be Trigger Type hardware.
This way your trigger fires the macro which taps the master. Works for me
