Failed To do An Installation | Console Screen Showing vertical lines

Hello，
I need help, I am a newbie.
I have tried to make a fresh install on a tiger touch（its a tiger touch plain) but i have failed.i tried using tiger touch v9.0 recovery creator to create a bootable usb (recovery stick) which i tried to use but i failed. I
My plan was to install version 9 via usb then do an upgrade to version 9.1 on the console itself.
Someone please guide me on how to do a fresh install.As per now the console only displays thru VGA.
The console screen shows vertical lines.
Am confused i dont know what to do exactly.
