When patching LED Strip, quite often the controllers span multiple universis so when one pixel bridges a universe (R511 G512 B001 W002) is there a way of getting titan to do this when patching?

Unfortunately not, Titan requires that a fixture be on exactly one line.

You could perhaps use a smaller fixture and break your big controller up into smaller fixtures, and then use some external sACN / ArtNet mapping tool to patch up the DMX?

Supporting multi-line fixtures would have to be one for ideas and features (avolites.com/ideas)
