In the media workspace it won't allow you to quick record AI blend type pallettes.

Also if you record an Ai play mode pallete it does not auto legend the pallete with the description from the attibute editor. It just puts a pallete n legend in.

The media windows doesn’t do quick record of palettes .. so not a bug. It’s a lack of feature .

It does allow you to quick record media clips and play modes and other things though, just not blend types. I've been playing with It all evening giving it a good shakedown on beta 61.

The Media workspace is a copy of the Gobos and Beams, as such it has exactly the same filter when quick recording. It was intended to store media clip palettes which come under the Gobo attribute group in the mask. As with all palette windows you can use the Record Palette menu to set any mask to record.
