Tiger touch wing with a mobile

Hi All, prob an easy answer to this question. Can you use a Tiger touch wing with a mobile. Or is it the other way round
Mobile wing with Tiger touch. I have both Tiger touch and Mobile but want a wing that's usable with both.

It is my understanding that the wings can be used with console models above them but not below.
ie: The Mobile Wing can be used with Tiger Touch but Tiger Touch Wing can not be used with Mobile.
