I have The titan mobile software installed on my computer and it all seems to be working. I have also loaded a show file that I use for fly dates. The Visualizer will not show up when I select the button from the mobile - avolites virtual panel. Can someone tell me what i'm doing wrong?

It sounds like either the window is opening on a second display that you cannot see/ is not connected or that the macro executor has been changed to do something else.

If you are using one display you can try going to System -> [Display Setup] and toggle external display to disconnected if it isn't already. This will ensure all windows open on the primary display.

And to eliminate the possibility of the macro executor having changed try [Open Workspace Window] -> [Capture Visualiser].
