Delayed fixtures on but in sync

I have made a chase and in my place of work we have lights on the stage and floor. I would like the stage to come on before the floor but the chase still be in sync. I have seen the orange faders on emulators (don’t know official name) but we don’t use moving heads. I am on an avolites tiger touch 2. Don’t know what firmware. TIA
