I have had an Avokey on order with one of your distributors (LT) for 3 weeks now... you’re out of stock apparently... keen to upgrade to v12 ASAP... will I get a grace period before the Avokey is required in my Quartz?

Sorry there is no grace period, the AvoKey is required to decrypt the software so without it the software won't function.
