Hello, our 5 month old Tiger Touch II console would not power up. It finally did after repeated tries, and now it will not power off. Much less, I'm more than scared to try to turn ii off as I have two events this week. Everything else works just fine, but who gives a crap if it won't power on?!? I've contacted Avolites two different ways and have yet to hear anything back. Beyond frustrating for a $15K console.

The best option would be to contact your local distributor for support. I believe you received a reply from our support department a few days ago concerning this.
