I am not seeing a V12 upgrade installer for the Sapphire Touch only a recovery creator... do you upgrade using the recovery files?? Getting ready to start programming my Xmas show starting Nov. 1st and would like to have this up and running (Assuming I get the AvoKeys that ordered before then).

Upgrading to version 12.0 is by recovery stick only. This will reinstall the operating system on your console, depending on what version you are upgrading from it may require the whole hard drive to be formatted therefore as a precaution please back up your show files and any other data before continuing. Further information about the recoveries and how to run them can be found here. If you have either version 11.3 or 11.4 on your console prior to running the recovery the newest of these will still be available once version 12.0 is installed.
