Timecode Issue

Postby grahamrobertslx » 16 Oct 2019, 11:13

Hi All.

Currently got a timecode issue in a cue stack.

Basically when the timecode is fired and starts coming into the console, the playback snaps off (even the fader goes down) and then re goes up again on the first timecode cue in the cue stack. Obviously there is BO when the fader goes down and snaps up again.

Ive tried both Midi and SMPTE timecode and it happends on both. Ive tried re-genorating the cues. Turning off and on again...

Help!! lol

If you have the user setting TImecode > Kill Out Of Range Playbacks enabled, receiving timecode values which are before the first timecode value you have assigned to a cue in the cuelist will result in the cuelist being killed. This sounds like what's happening here. Try inserting a cue at the beginning of the cuelist with a time before first time that you plan on sending to the console, or disable that user setting.
