PC Suite Licence file Not Saving or creating

I am trying to install PC Suite in my PC console is Titan Mobile 14 day key is Showing but when I trying to save full licence key at desktop its not there even I searched my computer file is not found I have tried to reinstall window also , I tried to install ver 10.1 and 11.1 also

Please could you enter a ticket via our
Help Desk system. If you could run
Log Collector from the
Start Menu and either attach the zip file to the ticket or provide a link if it is large.
