Layout Editor, Rotation @ does not accept negative values.

When working in the Layout Editor window, wheel C is mapped to rotation and turning the wheel anti-clockwise steps through negative values, however, direct value entry by pressing <@C> does not accept or recognise the minus key and there is no +/- softkey option.
I'm seeing this on both v11.1 and v11.3, Arena and PC simulator.
