Hi all , why not REQUEST SEND is not activating while I am submitting the new personality request ?
Any ideas please.

I have just tested it and cannot find any problem. I have seen examples where it gives an error message when trying to submit requests with an attachment that doesn't meet the criteria. In this case if you are trying to attach a file please make sure it is .pdf or .zip format and smaller than 3MB.

Thanks for your prompt reply sir , the fixture which I am requesting for I don’t have its website so what to fill in the manufacture field when I select brand name “OTHER “ . ?

If you know the manufacturer name but it isn't currently available in the list then select 'Other' and enter the name. If you do not know the name then select 'Unknown'.
