Avolites Tiger Touch - white screen on startup

Hello,

i have this problem. When i startup my Avolites Tiger Touch, i see only white screen and bleep. Its the same issues as on this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AHaQ7J32UwY

After some attempts i can start system but in short time it falling down.

Please, can you tell me what can cause this problem? In one week i have to be ready for concert.

The Tiger Touch screen turns white like that when it is on but is not receiving any signal. If the BIOS settings have been corrupted or lost it could cause this to happen or alternatively a due loose connection. If it is the former you can find details for the correct BIOS settings on the Avolites website. There is also an ECN to prevent losing BIOS settings on certain consoles which you should check whether it has or should be applied.

It would be worth contacting the Avolites service and repairs department on Monday as they would be able to advise you further.
