Tiger Touch II

I have a Tiger Touch II less that 1 yr old in a 1600 seat room. Using three DMX universes. The console locked up yesterday after thirty minutes on not allowing me to access any of its features. Faders, buttons knobs all un-resposive.
Tried to reset board, drivers, powered off then back on. Shut down.
Let set for two hours. booted right up and operational. then after 30m minutes on, locked up again.
Where so I start to look for a problem?

Can you email me your console logs to support@avolites.com

I will then be able to take investigate this further. Logs can be collected via the following:

Tools Menu > Additional Programs > Log Collector.
You will need to save this to a removable USB pen drive and upload the Zipped folder using WeTransfer.

at this point the Tiger touch II will boot up and the external mouse will move on the screen but it will not access any of the icons and will not execute any commands. The touch screen shows icons but will not activate them by touch. In addition the faders, buttons, knobs are all NOT operational.

Could you send the logs as requested and attach a picture of the internal motherboard so I can see which hardware your console has.
