Active Fixtures, CITP and Screen Monkey

In our new opera show - The Pearl Fishers - we need to integrate Titan Mobile and a Screen Monkey media server. Looking at CitpFixtureMapping.xml in the most recent Fixture Library, we observe that there are Patch names for 3.4, 3.5 and 3.6. Does that mean that we must use one of these versions of Screen Monkey to make it working?
