Hello.

I have a problem with my K10 on Tiger Touch regarding Shapes mode.

Im using the 35 DMX channel mode (Shapes), but i can't control all the rings, only the outer one. Does anyone have the same problem?

i have used the K10 multiple times with a tiger touch.
if you go to the gobo attribute and change the shape (wheel 1) to another ring, does that work ?

If not, this is not an avo issue, but i think your b-eye is broken
