Hi , I have Beam 330 having 24 DMX channels patched in pearl classic , it’s working fine manually but while I run a Pan/Tilt shape like circle the desk cannot save any scene on any playback handles and desk got hang and stops working any type of work .
The only way to work again is to reset or restart the pearl . And each and every time the desk is doing the same behaviour. ( this is happening only in this specific Beam 330 personality) , any ideas ?

I cannot find any personality in the library with the model name 'Beam 330' that has a mode with 24 channels. If possible could you please confirm the exact manufacturer and model name?
