upgrading pearl v10 to v 11

hi we tried upgrading one of our experts from titan v 10 to titan v 11... it started to hang or playbacks no to play properly... any of u guys experience this problems? we also tried transferring a show from arena v11 to our pearl v11 some of the programs of the arena doesn't appear on the pearl...are they compatible? thanks

Hi,

Please ensure the console has a minimum of 4GB RAM. Show files are cross compatible between consoles running the same/above versions of Titan. However, show files saved in a recent version will not work in previous versions.
If you go to [Open Workspace Window] - [Show Library], you will be able view all fixtures, palettes, playback etc that are present in a show file.
