Dear, Can I realize the following. the Band always opens their concert with an intro that never has the same length. I have created a cue in which a chase is linked. The cue is manually triggered by the red Go button. Can I now also manually operate the chase somewhere instead of doing this through a BPM master.

Assuming you have setup a key profile where one of the buttons is tap for chases and this is active (or assigned to the particular chase playback) you should be able to tap on the chase that is being autoloaded by the cuelist (or, alternatively connect to the chase playback and adjust the speed by wheel).
