Pearl freezing

Hi, we have purchased a new pearl for work. During the open day we are experiencing come problems with the desk. it will work fine for ages and still whilst in programming mode it will freeze up - the wheels will not do anything however the playbacks will work. after about 5 minutes the desk will continue. We are also having problems when controlling LED fixtures, we can colour mix but sometimes if you go to 100% the wheel will freeze and you cannot control the fixture. Although my description is a bit vague do you have any ideas / suggestions?

Is it just LED fixtures that freeze the console? If so, what fixture are you using and in which mode?

no, it freezes when using both the LED's and Moving Heads. The fixtures that are being used are

Anolis ArcSource12's Mode 2
Anolis ArcLine 12's Mode 2

Robe MS250AT Mode 3

After mentioning this to people in our company it now appears this has happened before to other people when programming and operating shows but has not been reported. Do you have a contact number where we could discuss further?

Could you check the bus errors in system mode and see what's listed (after a crash)?
