Cant start new Titan mobile
I can’t start a brand new Mobile. It requests a license key and I have tried to install it from file and manually entered the code but the computer still requests a valid code. (TM-3074 and latest software). What to do?

Has the computer had any kind of Titan software installed on it previously? The temporary licence, which is the one you get immediately when you submit your request, is only valid for 14 days from the original installation date. Full licence requests are normally issued within 24 hours and do not have the 14 day restriction.

Yes Gregory, I have used the computer for Titan One until now. Is that a problem?

It is not a problem however the 14 day temporary licence period will be measured from when you installed/started using the TitanOne. This will most likely have expired so you will require a full licence before using the Titan Mobile.

Thanks Gregory! You were spot on. Once I got the permanent “key” it works as expected.
