Please help me with virtual panels that won't work.

Hey Guys,

I'm new here and i have a question about Titan Simulator.

When i open titan simulator on my windows 10 (running on a macbook pro using boothcamp) my virtual panel wont work.
there are no lights going on and the buttons wont respond.
can anyone please help me because i'm trying to pre program a show for friday but i can't even patch right now ....

Try starting Titan Simulator in TitanOne mode. This is generally easier to use on PC and does not require the separate virtual panel to use it. Show files are compatible between different console types and you will still be able to patch to as many lines as required.

That is an option for the patching part, but for setting up my console fader layout etc that won't work and I actually really want it to work in the first place just because I know it can work.

Also I already checked the .net things and i tried it with all kinds of pannels.
I guess there is just a small thing I'm missing out here ....

The virtual panel loads and you can see all the buttons and faders? Can you check to see if the USB Expert service is running correctly, run USB Expert Console from the Start Menu, in the bottom left hand corner of the window it should indicate whether the service is running and you should see the virtual panel in the list of Connected Panels.

i tried that.
The panel loads correct and i can see all of the faders etc. but in the USB expert console i don't see the virtual panel.

I actually don't know what i did, but it now works just fine .....
Still wondering what happened, but I'm pleased to be able to work now !
