I am having some trouble connecting my titan mobile app to my Avo Quartz running v10. Here are my current settings:

Router: 10.0.0.103
iPhone: 10.0.0.100
Quartz: 10.0.0.102

Subnet Mask on all: 255.255.255.0

I have messed around with different variations on these IP addresses and haven't had any luck getting the console to pop up on the App.

Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Could be your gateway address in your phone and quartz.

.103 for your router seems pretty bizarre... normally it would be .1 or .254

The gateway address in both phone and quartz should be 10.0.0.103 (your router address).

Is your router providing ip addresses to it’s connected clients by DHCP?

If all else fails, I’d “forget” the wireless network on your phone, do a factory reset on your router and then re-connect everything once the router has rebooted.
