Crashing Pearl 2000

Can you tall me where to look for problem if the numeric keyboard and dimmer; pan/tilt; etc. section and mamory; chase; etc. section hungs up after working about 1 minute. I had this problem ealier and I thought that some connector isnt working properly, I unlocked and locked all of them and the console started to work. But now this doesnt help anymore. And there is problem with the system/run/program switch, too. It doesnt change to system. Mayby the problems are related. Can it be that the keyswitch is somehow making all the problems. Because when I unloked the keyswitch from the motherboard the problem went away (offcourse the console startred to work on run mode) , and when I locked it again everything stayied working (except the system mode, I cant reach it). But I dont know how long it will work. I have to find the problem.
