All HTP channels used !

Hi , I have my own custom made Beam 330 personality with 24 channels, after patching just 10 units ( 10 x 24 = 240 channels) I am not able to patch any fixtures more and getting the message “YOU HAVE USED ALL HTP CHANNELS “ . I am on pearl 2010 classic, although I can patch my own custom made personality upto 30 units of Sharpy having 16 channels ( 30 x 16 = 480 channels) . Any suggestions?

The Classic software has a limit of 240 HTP channels. It sounds like you have defined all the attributes of your personality as HTP. Normally only the dimmer channel will be HTP.

How do you define attributes as HTP or not in the personality builder?
I am worried for my own custom personalities.

Wheel Mapping/ Classic Pearl/ <select attribute>/ 'Channel' property.
Large numbers of HTP controls in Classic affects performance. I would not recommend going above 200 in a show.
