When I copy a fixture to another handle and repatch it, the fixture order in group and palette is increased from last fixture.

But not in cues and chases.

When the cues and chases are using "fixture overlap" effect, I need to change the last fixture's order in every cues and chases.

I think it's should be increased in cues and chases.
