usb port error pearl 2000

Hi, I'm with a pearl2000 avoliites I tried to upgrade to the 2008 software. I followed the steps all right and when the console restarted it appears USB PORT ERROR. what do I do?

The Pearl 2008 software requires the USB board which was added in the Pearl 2008 and Tiger consoles (also known as the BUM board), without this the 2008 software will not function.
