I'm trying to set up a show on my PC using networked DMX triggers. I follow the set up process for patching a new trigger but when I try to select a port for DMX in it comes up blank. I haven't managed to find anything in the DMX set up to set a sAcn line to input. What am I doing wrong?

The only thing you should need to set in the triggers is the sACN universe and DMX address on it that you want to respond to. The way sACN works there isn’t a need to set it to only input or output, when any device on the network sends sACN every device on the network can choose to receive it including the original device. In the case of Titan it will automatically listen to any universe you have a trigger for.
