rolacue pearl 2000 boris 2

good morning,
I'm new to the forum and unfortunately I do not speak English well,
please help me.
I have an avolites rolacue pearl 2000 with the boris2 motherboard
where the software does not start.
the motherboard reports the 1.1J error
what does this error mean?
What can I do to make the avolites work?

does anyone have the complete list of boris2 errors to send me?

Your best course of action would be to contact Lee who handles hardware support (repairs [at] avolites.com) who will be able assist you better with your problem. A starting point would be to check that all the chips inside the console are seated correctly and have not become loose.
