pearl 2004 simulator can't be install on windows 8.1 is there any file that can be intal on windows 8.1 or any posibility to be intsall that simulator? thank you

Please try these steps:

1. Make sure you are logged in as an administrator.
2. Right click on the installer and select 'Properties'.
3. Select the 'Compatibility' tab.
4. Tick the box to run in compatibility mode and select 'Windows XP' as the operating system.
5. Click OK.
6. Run the installer (a box may appear asking if you trust the program to run, you will have to click 'Allow' to continue)
